Born and raised in Jamaica, I grew up in a broken home without a father. I battled a debilitating speech impediment that silenced me for years. While others spoke, I wrote. While others were seen, I worked quietly in the shadows—searching for meaning, purpose, and identity.

Behind every success story was a struggle. Mine was no different.

Despite appearing strong and composed on the surface, I often felt lost within—like many high-achieving men do. Through physical training, spiritual grounding, and personal development, I rebuilt myself from the inside out.

That inner transformation became my life’s work.
